Depends where you're at. Sunny, mid 70's, and clear skies in the south bay all week. Perfect weather down here.

Average 50's-60's around here until next week. The past few weeks have been nice but today I already had my scarf out.

Yes, but cold and foggy in summer. I woke up one morning in June and it was 49 degrees outside. San Francisco has its own unique weather. I'll it leave to somebody from San Francisco to explain it.

One of the strangest nuances of the city’s peculiar weather is its notoriously cold summers. After having spent a summer in the city, Mark Twain had said “the coldest winter I ever saw was the summer I spent in San Francisco.” So against all logic, the summer is winter and the winter is summer here.

This Wikipedia excerpt pretty much explains it.

"Among major U.S. cities, San Francisco has the coldest daily mean, maximum, and minimum temperatures for June, July and August.[61] During the summer, rising hot air in California's interior valleys creates a low pressure area that draws winds from the North Pacific High through the Golden Gate, which creates the city's characteristic cool winds and fog.[62] The fog is less pronounced in eastern neighborhoods and during the late summer and early fall, which is the warmest time of the year."

The Golden Gate, the opening to San Francisco Bay, is a passage way through the coastal mountain range. Just off shore is the cold Alaskan current. Rising hot air in the inland valleys during the summer months pulls the cold air above the Alaskan current through a relatively narrow passage, condensing it and creating fog and wind. Being a native Floridian, San Francisco is a great place to visit, but I could never live there again. I grew up running around barefoot and half-naked in the sand during the summer in Florida. The cold, foggy San Francisco summers depressed me.
