Thanks for sharing your view. Agree that Baypride and Desai have better view. How about the style and construction. Since Prestige and Purvankara are better recognized names, their quality might be much better. Then there is Alliance, Link etc right there. Any thoughts guys. From the layout perspective I liked the Desai better since they have complete glass door view on the seaside.
If one have to buy/rent now, what would one go for.? That is why was asking about the so called ranking. Also any thoughts on commercial properties there.? Like sqft pricing or going rent.? Thanks for sharing. |
