Yes, since almost half of those towers won't be built soon, or never.

Probably better to increase the supertall forum requirements to 400m. Im not too sure about the design of this one, i prefer burj dubai.

I thought the exact same thing as well. It's an interesting idea but not enough mega talls yet. The new forum could be talls with height of +620m

WHY??

This is already the smallest subforum on this website, why must we have one with only 10 threads in it. Utterly pointless, why not split the highrise forum into 100-150m, 150m-200m, 200m-250m etc. etc. Each of these would still contain about 20 times as many threads as a hypertall forum or whatever you want to call it.

And why should we care that much about them?

The new design is way better than the previous Al Burj, but still nothing new and impressive IMO.
The height is incredible tough.

By the looks of this, there seems to be another type of battle going on in the middle east.

Why can't we have this kind of "war" in the Middle East? Wouldn't be so depressing, but rather entertaining!

BTW: When I said we need a forum for Dubai skyscrapers only, I was being sarcastic in the sense that there are no small skyscrapers in Dubai. Anyway...
