As i said before, i think taking pictures from the outside, and from the ground level has no point. I can see no difference between recent pictures and some taken before from the same perspective.

We need more pictures like this but taken with better camera

but stil, thanks imre for your job..

Don't wanna be a fatalist but don't you think mankind should solve so many problems before building this? I know is not easy but why to spend so much money on this building? do they need it? are they gonna fill it? Just imagine workers at the top, have to go up and down all days.
Life is unfair.
With the money of this building you will not be able to fix some mayor global problems, these few billions are not enough...

Should be an interesting decade watching this monster go up. Sorry I've not read everything on this page so if I've missed anything against it being constructed then apoligies for ranting on. But wow, I think the difference in height between Nakheel Harbour tower and the Burj Dubai is greater than the Burj Dubai and the next tallest after that if you understand what I'm trying to say.

818 - 508 = 310 meters (+61%)

1400 (reported) - 818 = 582 meters (+71%)

... if you understand what I'm trying to say

when they really finish the foundation already in 2010 they maybe can finish it already earlier. maybe 2016-2017...but only when everything went as planned, and that's not easy

I imagine the foundation of nakheel tower would be something like a huge gigantic square with 90-100m side and 4 separated smaller sub squares in it. Leaving a cross shaped gap in between all 4 sub squares. I reckon the 4 sub squares (4 individual towers) will be roughly about 30-40m wide.

Ok sorry if I sounded cocky before but I wasnt being, thats exacly what I meant, a bigger gap between Nakheel & Burj, than Burj to Tapei 101. Just commenting on the progress of modern arcitecture . Anyway, eitherway 1400m or 1000m really looing forward to seeing it go up, as long as it beats Burj Dubai lol.

Well in THAT case, we will, of course, have to cut the time span in at least two, so as to suit your demands. do you find 2014 satisfying? if you do, than you can consider it done.
