I feel, the title of this forum is still confusing.... As per press release of the company, the number of towers are increased to 20, by adding addition 5 towers, inaddition to a signature tower and Infinity Mall.....

Does anyone has clear idea about number of units here, so that we can recommend the changes?

I have the info from DLF, which says it as 7 towers namely:
(There are different blocks in each tower, a block looks like a tower, but erects from the same basement - see the pic below)
Tower 1: Blocks A to C
Tower 2a: Block D
Tower 2b: Blocks E, F
Tower 3: Block G
Tower 4: Blocks H, J
Tower 5: Blocks K to M
Tower 6: Blocks N, P, Q

So in total 15 towers are there.



For those who plan to buy: Rates fall at 3500/sq ft. It was 2350/sq ft at launch. 90% of all flats are already sold. Rates believed to touch 4500/sq ft on delivery.

They are also starting with blocks U & V blocks as part of phase 2.

Configuration & Pricing
The blocks U and V are a combination of 2 BHK and 2 BHK+S of tentative areas 1250 sft and 1356 sft respectively. The price for the New Town heights is 3500/sft and the price for the phase II towers should be slightly more than that, there would be a preferred location charge for the club facing units and floor rise charge. The Company would freeze the pricing for the Phase II shortly; meanwhile if you are interested in any particular floor you may please inform us to tentatively block it for you. We will get back to you shortly with the final pricing.
