Las Leñas-Mendoza Province

Taken by me a couple of days ago

Las Leñas is one of the largest Andean ski resorts in Argentina.

It is well known for its powder snow, good climate and excellent opportunities for cross-country ski, extreme and off-piste skiing.

The off piste skiing in Las Leñas is considered the best in the world.

The terrain is also among the best in the world due to the unbeatable purity of its snow and the outstanding areas to practice the best descents.

Very few kilometers away from the City of Mendoza, famous for its sunshine and good wine, Las Leñas is also the highest ski resort in the country.

It was the host town of the Winter Pan American Games, the Freeskiing World Tour and the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup.

La Cañada-Cordoba City

Taken by SCC member "NachoGB"

The Primero River (in Spanish Río Primero), also known as Suquía, runs through the city of Córdoba.

The Primero goes east into the plains surrounding the city of Córdoba.

Once inside the city, the river channels into La Cañada, a waterway delineated by a stonework canal built through the downtown area. Two kilometers to the east, Isla de los Patos (Ducks Island) was repopulated with ducks and swans.

Carilo-Buenos Aires Province

Cariló is a beach resort town (pop.1600). It is situated in a forest on the Atlantic coast, approximately 360 km south of Buenos Aires city.

Carilo is one of the most pinturesque small towns in the coast of Buenos Aires province. I love its mix of woods and the sand dunes in the beach, its pedestrian style and its style in general.
