BPI Family has approved my loan, subject to submission of the notarized contracts to sell over the unit and parking slot. The bank is pretty fast in processing loans like this! It took only a little over a week! Ang problema ko ngayon ay paano pa lalo kukulitin ang DMCI to give me a copy of the notarized contract to sell soon

hindi ba sila naka tie-up sa DMCI? because if they are tied up with DMCI, you don't need to process anything from DMCI anymore. How many percent is the interest?

yep. BPI Family is tied up with DMCI. We have the option to course the application through DMCI or directly coordinate with the bank. I chose the latter. Nahiya na ako sabihin sa BPI na sila na ang magfollow up sa DMCI on the Contracts to Sell

@condodweller , you are referring to Fees for wheels Raffle Promo, Buyers and unit owners will be entitled raffle ticket when they fully pay their transfer Fees / Closing Fees in all DMCI projects. anyway raffle was already finished last Aug. 28. Congrats to the winner.

Yep, i think that was it. And i was told by my friend that the raffle was done na last Aug. 28. Hmmm. I have fully paid my transfer and closing fees naman ah :-) at wala akong ticket.. hmmm... better luck next time sa aming lahat

Thank you for the photos. Nandun ka rin pala ng launching. Yes, nakaka excite nga mag move in.. but i got so upset with the traffic that day.. grabe! i hope and i pray that this will improve after the drainage construction. kasi yung officemate ko.. ni-invite ko din dun sa launching.. and he got disappointed really.. kaya kahit nagandahan sya sa place.. he got turned off bcoz of traffic. Grabe yun ng pinaka worst na day na punta ko sa ERG!!!
