It looks OKAY, but great news for M'lore. Is this going to be the tallest building there? I'm guessing it IS.

count down for foundation laying ceremony
I got the message that the plot adjacent to Land Mark apartments on NH-17 is leveled and the surface of the small road leading to the plot has got a much widened fresh surface. Probably within another three or four days there should be a grand foundation laying ceremony for the Mangalore's tallest residential building.

Oh! I meen that it will be the tallest residential tower in India out of Mumbai. But now i remember about the Lanco Hills Signature tower which will be almost three times the size of this tower...that is if it does ever get built.

When K2 was being built there were comments indicating it that was the tallest. After that taller structures were built. Currently the 25 storied Inland Windsors is under construction. In the south amongst the non metros only Mangalore,TVM,Kochi,Calicut have really big high rise structures. Thrissur ,Vizag may be following .Mangalore has plenty of structures in the 12 to 16 storied categories. There is virtually no skyscapering in other cities either in Andhra or TamilNadu. |
