I'm surprised he forgot it especially when you know that this tower was the taller building of the whole continent during 20 years and the first "real skyscraper" in Europe !!

Paris, Tour Maine-Montparnasse :

Because of this tower, most of Parisians don't like tall buildings, and they no longer want any of them inside the city.
Many people say that "the view from its top is the most beautiful in Paris, since it's the only place from which one don't see the tower".

Than F'furt has got for european standards a couple "really" tall towers.
Madrid has got 4 "really" tall towers.
London has got 1 "really" tall tower.
Warsaw has 1 higher as 200m without counting the Palace of Culture and Science.
Paris has none. It has 1 u/c, but in the poll it is the second best skyline. So for a good EU skyline it doesn't need really tall towers.
After London, F'furt and Paris, Rotterdam has the most buildings taller than 100m. List of Buildings taller than 80m:
165
160 (u/c)
152
151
149
140
128
114
109
106
104 (3x)
102 (2x)
101
100 (2x)
96
95 (5x)
93 (3x)
90 (3x)
88 (2x)
85
80 (5x)
You didn't count Benidorm
it has 1 "really" tall tower under construction: 200m
And 27 buildings over 100m, 9 more than Rotterdam, and only 2 less than Paris, and 4 less than Frankfurt (According to emporis)
Here you have them

Well hey, let's just say that America is back in the British Empire, now it's a member of the EU. Sorted.

The same was said fo the eiffel tower, personally i like the montparnasse tower, just a bit of a weird location, and the design isnt so great for an isolated tower (needs others around it with an apex).

I don't think so: Paris has 101 buildings 90m+ including 63 buildings 100m+ (+ 1 u/c and 18 projected, including 8 new 200m+, including 5 new 300m+) !
