^Yes, if we are talking about the skyline. No, if we are talking about the city

OMG, what is that superugly thing in the background between the 2 high towers? I hope this will never ever be built anywhere in the world...

It's the monster ugly-award winning "building" that JiJa was talking about!

I usually never use hard language with "*******"... But "de Rotterdam" is so ******* ugly. I have to puke only by looking at this render. I want to beat up the architekt and force him to live in front of it, so he has to watch it every day for the rest of his life. After on week he will cry
"AAAAAH! It's so ******* ugly! The voices made me do it! The voices! Belive me! AAAAAAH!"

Another city is taken in by modern log-trend.

What's going on here? Post pictures and/or discuss peacefully but stop arguing, guys!

I like most of Rotterdam's buildings, though its skyline became more and more un-balanced in recent years. Despite the antipathy of most users to the "De Rotterdam" building, I think it looks somehow cool and fresh, especially if the cladding will be made well. With a few REAL skyscrapers (FINALLY!) the area will make the step to the top class european skylines (Frankfurt-London-Paris).

Some people at the international part of SSC are so childish, you should almost ban them for their posts.

The buildings on the right side appear in a German TV ad!

Thank you. Now I will have a nice and peaceful evening.

But really, I never said that I hate a skyline or I find it fugly! Okay, I said I don't really like the skyline of Madrid or better said it's not my favourite, despite the 4 great towers they have over there. But I never said it's ugly. What is ugly? How can a skyline be ugly?

Me neither... I think all skylines have been shown. Photos are becoming repetitive and discussions seem to carry on forever...
