I can't help it, but to me the skyscrapers of Warsaw are looking ugly.

a matter of taste...

Btw we have only 2 skyscrapers (+200m) in Warsaw (and in Poland) - i.e. Palace of Culture and Warsaw Trade Tower...

Are you planning to have one:>?

Where exactly?
Usually a 150 is concerned minimum height for a skyscraper, taking into account that its Europe we are talking about here I guess 100+ is fine for a european scraper.

since thats what this webpage makes the divisions at 100-199m highrises, 200-300m skyscrapers, 300m+ supertalls. Its on the front page over a thousand post and you never notice that?

I thought he meant some topic bout that, cos its sometimes discussed matter.

SSC's divisions are appropriate for forum needs, despite this, different sources, different outcomes.

Any Questions? And remember, many skyscrapers you can't see from this location (Messeturm, Trianon for example)! There is no better skyline in the EU.

That skyline is really amazing

I have a photo from that bridge too!

...and yet, every time I see it from this (or some other) angle it amazes me again and again. Frankfurt is without a question #1 skyline in Europe (and perhaps will be so in any foreseeable future). It's not massive or tall as the ones of Shanghai, Hong Kong, NYC or Chicago but so beautiful. I would compare it to Singapore's skyline which is compact (in fact, much more compact than of Frankfurt) yet is one of the top skyline in the world simply because of great composition. Frankfurt may not be the most amazing city on the ground level but it's certainly one of the top cities in the world when it comes to skyline.

I don't like them either, just a few tall towers without density. And why should you have a 200m+ tower u/c?
A skyline can also look awesome or great without such high towers u/c.

IMO Warsaw's Talls are very nice. I especially like Warsaw's Marriott, Elektrim Tower, Rondo 1 and Warsaw Trade Tower. Though I don't like the Palace of Culture and Science, I think that it gives the skyline a unique look, IMO much more unique than Rotterdam's. But like someone said, it's only a matter of taste...

^I wasn't talking of a comparison with Rotterdam, but when you look at Frankfurt and Warsaw, both mostly tall towers, but Frankfurt looks way better.

The Opernturm looks amazing, even it is still under construction.
It actually will look superb with a nice illuminating at night.

Hard to compare them, Frankfurt has much taller buildings than Warsaw and has more talls... And Frankfurt's skyline looks probably way better than any other EU city, not only Warsaw.

although i am from poland i agree. Frankfurt has the best skyline in europe. Much better than warsaw london. LA defense in Paris iss allso very impressive but that buildings are lower than in frankfurt

for me
!. Frankfurt (for height and density of skyscrapers)
2.PAris ( for density)
3. Warsaw = London
4. Rotterdam (very close to warsaw and london)
5. ???? not more cities in europe has sth which i can name skyline

sory for my english. i hope that everybody understand me
