Frankfurt is the best. London has too much distance between skyscrapers and Warsaw skyline is not dense enought. Paris and Rotterdam are very dense but I don't like them somehow.

Definitely Paris is no 1 in EU. And its spectacular view from above, where good old architecture meets modern skyscrapers .

London? We will see in a future…a lot is under construction now, what we can’t say about Paris or Frankfurt.

I agree, indeed ! It could be a pic of the skyline of a North American city.....

Although I would like to see the supertalls for Paris rise I am not too optimistic - at least not in the next 5 years!

I totally disagree. All proposed supertalls are silly or ugly. Only Tour Phare is okay. But thats not enough to get Paris' shape "perfect"

"perfect" was simply in answer to another post......

BTW, I agree, some of those projects are ugly... (especially Signal Tower).

The financial crisis less hit France than the rest of Europe, because of our social model...
So don't worry, La Défense continues its development, year after year....

Last year, two openings :

Tour T1 (Valode & Pistre)----------------------------Tour Granite (Christian de Portzamparc)

Projects : (For the moment, 1 project is partially canceled)

Tour CB 21 (Formerly Tour Gan)
Extension, canceled (Jean Mas)----------------------------Actual building, refurbishment in progress.

Tour First (formerly Tour AXA)----------------------------Extension in progress (Kohn Perdersen, Fox Associates).

Tours Collange, construction in progress (Sylvain Glaiman, Pierre Epstein).

Tour Generali, first works in progress since last month (Valode & Pistre).

Hermitage Plaza 1 & 2, first project, canceled (Jacques Ferrier)---------------Second project confirmed in march (Foster + partners).

Proposals :

Tour Signal (Jean Nouvel)

Tour Phare (Morphosis, Thom Mayne)

Tour Air² (Arquitectonica, Arte Charpentier et associés)

Tour Majunga, delayed (Jean-Paul Viguier)

.....etc

drawings from SkyscraperPage.com

I'd really like to see them built. We need supertalls in the EU - and I see Paris and London as only potentials for that in the whole EU.

I really like to see them build, too. - After a redesign.
Execpt Tour Phare. Phare is an interesting project and should be build like in the renders

@parcdesprinces
you did not understood, what I mean. Sorry for my English. Idid not talked about, that Paris has to less projects on the run, to get perfect, I just said, that they are mostly too ugly (exspecially the three supertalls, Generali, Hermitage Plaza and Signal Tower) to get Paris a perfect skyline
