I think we saw pics of all these skylines from every possible angle and it's starting to be boring Now time for some variations

indeed, we all know what Rotterdam and Frankfurt look like by now

It's small fry compared to the big players in this thread, but Antwerp is currently developing it's docklands area into a modern residential quarter, with a lot of midrises, thus slowly creating a mini-skyline...
On the pic below, in the middle stands the new MAS museum (62m), on the left 2 of 6 planned residential towers (55m), and in the back the 76m London tower and a 60m office block (U/C). At least 6 more towers are planned on a small surface. We are all hoping they will drop the mediocre heights and add some higher buildings, so a real skyline can be formed...

My pick for now would be La Defense, probably soon to be overthrown by Moscow...

But F'furt and R'dam are changing so once in a while! The most pics are updated.
If you are also bored of these city's, you can stay away here. Nobody forces you to watch these pics.

BTW Antwerp doesn't need a skyline. It is a nice City, even with out a skyline.

Jeez, don't you know what the smiley symbol means, man? Short fuse, have you?

Off course this thread is about the bigger towns, and off course the point is that people post hundreds of pics, I'm not an idiot. I was merely pointing out that some smaller towns are finding their way to highrise construction as well, and that I'd like to hear about that as well....

(And btw: this is the second thread about this subject, with thousands of posts and thousands of photos, also of Frankfurt.)

birmingham, liverpool and frankfurt are obviously underrepresented compared to all other mentioned cities here in this thread, so your argument is a tad stuffy. but you're absolutely right with rotterdam ....

.... by the way! just as a a rough guide: compensation of quality or quantity through penetrating "city promotion" is not less than annoying spam

With all due respect, the pictures begin to repeat themselves too, especially those of Warsaw and Rotterdam, a force that continually appear, is giving us a feeling that represent the two best Skylines in the EU, where both are far away in my opinion, Paris, Frankfurt and London.

Yeah right, those cities aren't realy special. If you had enough of Rotterdam, just don't visit this site anymore.
