PANAMA CITY | Cristal Tower | 332m | 1089ft | 100 fl | Pro










Cristal Tower is a tourist, residential, hotel offices and commercial Mega-Project with 2 buildings: the first, in the front land is constituted of a tower that assambles parking in its basements, the first two floors are for commercial use. The following 5 floors are for offices compatible with casino and the rest of the tower is for residential use; the second building, in the back land, is for hotel use with parking, restaurants, 300 hotel rooms, swimming pool, spa ad gimnasium.

The plots are placed at the corner of Balboa Avenue and Anastacio Ruiz Noriega street and Calle B (Discotheque Next and Cafeteria Cafe y Cafe). Corregimiento de Bella Vista, Province of Panama, Republic of Panama.

Seriously, in this world financial crisis, I cannot imagine a proposal for a major project moving forward. Everything, everywhere, that is not already half out of the ground, is on hold.

Luckily in Panama that crisis is not refflecting yet, and we hope it doesn´t, but probably it would at some point, but since that day comes we are enjoying this real estate boom, is also important to know that this tourists not only come from the US, but also a great percentage is from South America (Venezuela and Colombia primarily) and Europe.
