Ajay two adjacent towers what you see are actually treated as a single unit,you may notice that two towers share a single helipad Similar to godrej Avalon,Yes in total they are indeed 16 structures

Ajay as gentem pointed out the pool has half its depth below and above the floor slab.SKS Planet is 125 m and Raheja 132 so the difference is 7 m,hardly 2 floors considering 3.5 m as the floor to floor height.Even Raheja will have a helipad,all buildings above 19 floors need to have a helipad as per building laws.

Ajay check this TATA Aquila procject in Bengaluru is 32 floors yet is only 105 m, so no rule as such
