I don't understand why blue track??
Orange would be so much better because of the coloure of the seats. This:

Best thing to do with an athletics stadium is have the stands lifted so that they can have full view of the pitch.

The blue track might look nicer if it wasn't so... blue. Kiev blue would look ok.

I don't understand why this stadium still keep the running track. I don't remember any important athletic contest held in Skopje lately, I mean a contest to attract at least 20-25.000 spectators. So why the track is still there even after the stadium upgrade? Maybe the local fans like to throw different object in the pitch and the role of the track is to keep the distance between fans and players.
