What's with the vertical beams sticking out on top? Did they forget to take down all of the scaffolding? This building looks like it was designed by two committees who couldn't decide on one look so they just mixed up two and hoped for the best. Sad to say, they didn't get it.

I like the alternating styles of the facade and it has a nice shape...I'm not too sure about the twin beams at the top. Is this a trend the BoC started, because I see that on quite a few Chinese buildings. 8/10

Fairly interesting facade. The spires are nice..a bit fat though. |

I like it although the two different facades don't really work.

The facade and shape is very unique and odd. Not too wide either.

The shape/proportions are well founded, the facade/details/spires are just, well, ungainly.
To be frank, for a building completed this year in a booming city like Shanghai, this is just infill. But considering it's height I wish they could have worked out the details before they threw the sucker up. 6/10 |
