De demolat, niciodata ! cand ai vazut tu in romania sa se demoleze vre-o cladire? ( in afara de cele istorice ). Cel mai probabil o sa se termine cladirea atunci cand faleza cazino, piata ovidiu si marina tomis vor fi reabilitate, adica peste cateva generatii .... In momentul de fata cine ar mai investi milioane de euro in "hotelul" ala din moment ce zona este mizerabila iar turistii tot mai putini de la an la an !?
E pacat pt ca zona are un potential imens, suntem singurul oras din tara care are zona istorica situata langa mare si in acelasi timp suntem singurul oras mare din Romania care nu a reabilitat inca centrul vechi.

O sa-si fure "beneficiarii" baracile si o sa dispara cartierul la fier vechi. ar fi bune niste foisoare de paza ... cuiburi de mitraliera, gard electrificat ... ce porcarie o sa fie '

Hai sa lasam snobismul si sa le dam o sansa si acelor oameni, hai sa nu generalizam si hai sa nu-i catalogam drept infractori doar pentru ca sunt extrem de saraci.
