A 70 storey residential building...pretty cool. I hope there is still enough demand for this thing. If so, then we could have a new tallest soon! Did they say when exactly they will start construction? I wanna see some renderings!

But the corner of Ayala Ave. and Makati Ave. is Manila Peninsula. And across it is the old Makati stock exchange. Which, btw was rumored to be demolished for something taller. But the Ayala Triangle is Ayala land, i think if anyone is to build anything there, it would be Ayala.

But that vacant lot is owned by Ayala, and i think they will be the ones to build on that land if anything was to be built on that land.
i dunno if im making any sense.Same with me, i'm betting it will be between Makati Ave. and EDSA, along Ayala Ave. Get some more info for us, man So we can stop guessing.

Ok. I know this. The long strip of orange and green SM buildings is not SM Mall of Asia. Believe it or not, it is actually SM's office headquarters. The also have some stores i think. But instead of building a skyscraper as their office, Henry Sy built this strip of orange/green buildings as their offices. SM Mall of Asia is supposed to be behind these buildings.
Why are there so many cars over there? Weird. Are they there because of the church? Wow, thats a huge u/c! What is that? Looks big and great! |
