Plot map of the first phase. The plot of the main tower isn't showed, that one will be developed within the second phase.

We have 4x300m+ and 6x200m plots in the first phase. No final designs for any plot excepting Powerlong project, 249m, that will be developed on one of the phase two plots. How weird.

I've read in several forums that this tower will be developer by USA's Rockefeller Group and the preliminary height is now 725m. I couldn't find any source, so imo it's a total fake. Anybody can confirm?

Isn't this one the plot formerly expected to reach 700m?

Rose Rock To Raise $2B To Invest In China

Rose Rock Capital is seeking to raise $2 billion in yuan and U.S. dollar funds for investment in commercial real estate in Tianjin, Reuters reports. The Rockefeller family-owned company has established a venture with Tianjin Finance Investment, which will be responsible for managing government relationships.

Rose Rock owns 90% of the fund management venture and will take charge of daily management and operation of the funds. The funds intend generating $788.76 million initially, including $311.50 million by the year-end for building a landmark commercial property project in the Chinese city’s financial district.

Can someone mark the location of this tower on the masterplan? So we can determine if this indeed is the landmark tower of the district because if so then there is already thread made for this project:

Sooner or later Tianjin or Wuhan will take the title of coruscant within this decade.
