Hard to count the upper bit. But I am pretty sure the number lies between 110 and 120 floors

110 to 120 floors seem to be realistic with the height of 588m. i mean goldin finance has 117 floors and the top floor isnt far lower either.

More of the alleged proposal by BIG. By tiger1018. You can easily count around 110 floors. Also 2x200m+.

Old fashioned and plain ugly. Where is the Wow factor? Just look like a more stupid version of BK

Such tower with right detailing may turn out as an real icon imo. I just hope Chinese won't make it cheap as they do often with their towers, because for some towers their shape is enough, in this case though imo high quality finishing is necessary.

As for the design itself something kind of similar has been proposed for new york in 20s. they even build 140 meters of it but then crisis hit and they just finished it to that height. It suppose to be around 400m.

It's the same as shown in the renders, right?

I just love it. Adorable design. China does quite some awesome attempts at Neo Art Deco design lately (Ghuangzhou Pinnacle, Shenzhen Ping An etc.).

A rendering that show the lower levels of the previous design of the main tower (the building in the back with the glassy V-shaped opening). The other buildings in the render are still true to its current design.
