now that theyre working on one of the mechanical floors, does it mean we'll be waiting a while for them to install the large plants and building services equipment on this floor before they can begin the next floor? i cant imagine they'd be able to get them in once the floor above was constructed

There is a way, you can get these draw like pieces of equipment that hang out of the building then can be pulled in. Theirs like a 1 tonne limit though so it depends on how heavy the plant is.

Give it a few weeks for the setback floors. If my estimates are correct, this baby should be topped out by April 2012? Can anyone confirm that?
