But let's go back to something constructive, I dunno the exact date the last steel went up but iirc it was sometimes in the end of October. that's one and a half month, how can that mech floor take that long to build?
Not an attack... just my opinion!

An opinion I agree with. Kanto has a massive fixation on height, and it's not even funny anymore.

The height of these towers is good. They fit in with the skyline while still showing dominance. If we had built something to compete with the other towers in the world (say 700m), then it wouldn't look nice. If you want supertalls in NY, there's plenty of those rising and preparing to rise as we speak and plenty more to come in the future.

Nobody knows. The only thing we know is that this mech floor is taking them an eternity to assemble

Awesome. That looks like the beam in the very southwest corner. From what I understand the only corner that won't be rising will be the northwest corner to form the trapezoid shape.

Nothing very special it seems. Another ordinary glass tower.

Looks like there are three vertical beams up now. The one from yesterday and now two close together on the northern side.

i am wondering if a lot of the slow downs we are seeing are due to the core falling behind the steel.

depending on the design, the EOR may require the core to stay within a certain amount of floors of the working deck (10 is pretty standard) in order to maintain plumbness and stability
