No it isn't the only things scrapped were the design and timeline...there will be a Tower 5 eventually it will be one of if not the last one to go up...they own the site something will go there.

Cladding is now close to the upper mechanical floors and the setback..

I'm attempting to model this building now. It might be a challenge to get the podium structure done, but above that it's going to be pretty easy.
