I'd say end of May...can't believe this will finally
Be opening this year! It's going to really change the feeling of the site once office workers start roaming the site and having a building open on site again.(I don't really count 7WTC since it isn't on the main site...)

Keep in mind NYC's portion won't be moving in till early 2015. I assume the PA's employees will be moving in earlier though. Hopefully a few retailers will start taking space in the podium too.

Yeah well, 4WTC got pretty lucky:

1. top quality glass, one of the best I've ever seen.
2. wasn't butchered down / no cutting corners.
3. didn't have do deal with the PA's incompetence and Durst's greed.
4. had actually a height increase, imagine that.
5. had less political bs / media covering.

Someone previously referred to the curtain wall as an "invisibility cloak" - I think this picture pretty much epitomises that.

No wonder I did not notice it from midtown on 5th!! It was designed to be unnoticeable! Lol. She has really turned into a beauty.

I love the extreme reflectivity. Probably the best glass in town.

Amazing tower. I agree with the one post above saying that 4WTC is the luckiest tower out of the new complex, as it never got affected by redesigns to save money, as opposed to 1WTC. Of course 4WTC isn't the centerpiece of the complex so it automatically wouldn't have gotten as much buzz as 1 WTC in the case of a redesign.
But still, I'm happy the construction of this building passed without problems and it turned out just like it was first presented to us, or actually even better. That's also another reason why I love this tower!
