Possibly the most underwhelming 298m building I can think of. But that's Lower Manhattan for you. One of the very few places an almost 1,000ft tall building can be built and hardly be noticeable.

The greatest thing about NY is that even 70 floor high building can be lost in it's skyline( for example in London or Paris 4 WTC could become a really iconic building)

Man, this building has SO much class! It's interior's simple elegance makes me think of Mad Men. I hope next year to see pictures of business professionals dressed in classy suits and hats inside that lobby!

What makes you think it will be an observation deck?

Outdoor space for tenants. Don't know if it will only be for that particular floor, or if they will all have access.

It would be a great space to put a restaurant now that Windows is not happening, but I'm sure the floor is already built out as a regular office floor.

4wtc.com is about to be launched!!

Silverstein Prop. is comisioning several branding and publicity agencies to promote 4WTC. Here a couple from Vimeo.

Not sure what role is Amazon playing on this.

That timeline also puts completion of the hub next year, and the museum this year. Not too sure how reliable it is.
