If you mean the building on the extreme left, then I guess so. I couldn't really tell due to glare, though.

It really does show the huge variety of architecture that NYC has.

At the World Trade Center Site, a Space Begins to Open Up

“Sky Memory,” a delicate, 98-foot-diameter titanium arc by the sculptor Kozo Nishino, has been installed in the lobby of 4 World Trade Center.

By DAVID W. DUNLAP

Published: August 7, 2013

"Something remarkable is happening where Greenwich Street used to run through the World Trade Center site.

It is becoming Greenwich Street again.

For the first time since reconstruction of the trade center began, a New York City streetscape is taking form. There are sidewalks and curbs, oak trees and honey locusts, street lamps and pigeons. And, as on any street near high-risk targets, there are also ranks of heavily reinforced posts, or bollards.

But even with the bollards, the scene is appealingly open. Only security guards prevent visitors to the National September 11 Memorial from simply walking across Greenwich Street and up to the lobby of 4 World Trade Center, now under construction.

The intersection offers palpable evidence that the monolithic 16-acre superblock that existed before Sept. 11, 2001, has truly been pared down..."

""Sky Memory" is the sculptor Kozo Nishino's first commission in the United States."

The artwork is not so impressive in my opinion, but great to have inside views of the lobby, looks awesome..

I think it suits the tower. It's very light and airy, and could seem to vanish if you're not careful, just like this tower. Plus, it contrasts the angular forms of the lobby with some curves.

I think I can speak for us all when I say that this tower came out much better than expected. It goes to show that simple can be beautiful. The lobby is gorgeous and the glass is amazing. Well done to all those who built this wonderful tower. It defiantly compliments One World Trade Center and the entire complex for that matter.

Walked by 1 LP the other day and I can tell you that, that building needs to go. It's not making it better that it's taking them this long to repaint it.
