Ok. I may have over exaggerated about it "needing to go".

They need to hurry up with re-painting it, thought.
Pictures doesn't shown how terrible it looks in person.

Great pic. I'm rather surprised there's no railing yet, I wouldn't want to stand there where the guy taking the pic is

I don't think there will be a railing right at the edge... There's no way they would allow that. I think it will be set back to the edge of that concrete section.

Probably the first building that can be dubbed as invisible. It's so surreal how it perfectly blends and hides in the color of the sky.

On the first and second pic you can spot the railing along the lower setback..

One thing I've noticed about 4 and 7 WTC is that when you look at them even in real life, they look a little like renderings. That's what I love about these towers.

That would be Boston's John Hancock Tower. This is probably the best one built since that one went up 40 years ago. But it's definitely not first.

I have a question..
i saw in one rendering that this would have like a line of light at the setback and on the roof, just wondering if thats still going to happen or not.

4 WTC's glass blends in almost perfectly with the sky, I wonder why 1 WTC's glass doesn't have that effect, is it because of its size? (I'm not criticizing the building or anything, in fact it's my favorite building in the whole world, just look at my username and avatar, but I'm just wondering.

Well for one thing, One WTC has the stainless steel lining on each side where the faces meet up making it impossible for it every to touch or hide with the sky like 4 WTC can. And 4 WTC's clad has very high concentrations of iron, making it very reflective. Size is not a factor.

4 WTC is very special. The cladding is what makes this a star. very high quality reflective glass that makes this appear chameleon like. Definitely the highest quality of the bunch in the complex.

Lol! For the longest time when i'm walking down 5th avenue from midtown I do not notice it unless I make it a point to look for it. What gives this tower away is its trapezoid crown which causes a different kind of reflection from the rest of the tower. If it where not for that, this building would truly disappear in the skyline.
