I still say 4 WTC is more reflective. And 7 WTC comes in a close second. Shanghai Tower comes in a close third, and One57 comes in a close fourth.

I never thought of Shanghai Tower as very reflective.

I don't think it is either. I'm not sure why 20 Fenchurch is in that list either, having seen both that building and 4 WTC, the clarity of the glass doesn't even come close. What happened with the melting car has more to do with the shape of the building and the sun's reflection on it. 4 WTC has to be the best glass i've seen so far.

I'd compare this glass to that of the John Hancock Tower in Boston, which is totally reflective.

If i remember correctly,

According to several night renderings, there was supposed to be a line of light at the setback and a line of lighting at the roof.

It's not that reflective, but there's interior and exterior glass, which makes a very cool effect.

Seriously? Because the newsmedia said on May 2nd 1 World Trade Center "just became America's tallest building."

That is something I have to see to believe it will work out the way it's intentioned. Seems actually dangerous to me, I think birds flying against it are the least of the problems it can expect. And at least 4WTC isn't trying to be invisible, it just is.

Lmao. 'Invisible skyscraper':
Out of all the things those engineers could be developing right now, they want to make a skyscraper invisible.
