One thing I don't get with the site, some building numbers are missing as everyone just talks about one, two and three. What about five and six?

Some of this has to do with how the buildings were numbered on the old WTC site. Since the site for 7WTC was the first rebuilt - 7 was the number it received.

5 is a proposed tower on the lot South of the Vehicular Security Center and Othodox Church being built. Some of this area is currently being used as the queue for the memorial security, tickets, etc. Don't expect to see this one built until 3 and 2 are on their way up/finished.

6 may represent the new Performing Arts Center. (I am unsure if this center will utilize the numeral as their identity, or simply be known as a performing arts center.) This will not be built until after the Transportation Hub is complete, the temporary PATH station is removed, and the underground connection from 1WTC to the VSC is completed. It will sit where the temporary PATH station is now.

Photos: The view from 4 World Trade Center
November 14, 2013

NEW YORK CITY — The first office tower to be completed on the original 16-acre World Trade Center site in lower Manhattan was official declared open on Wednesday. The building was designed by Fumihiko Maki, has 72 floors, is 978 feet tall and offers 2,500,000 square feet of space.

It also offers a commanding view of 1 World Trade Center, which an expert committee of architects declared to be the tallest building in the U.S., surpassing Chicago's Willis Tower. And it continues New York City's recovery from the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks that destroyed the original Twin Towers on the site and killed almost 3,000 people.http://minnesota.publicradio.org/dis...d-trade-center

Not really how they please, but if the owners offer to give people a tour they can now enter the building without hardhats and all the other u/c procedures

How could they open it, if it is not even fully cladded?
P.s. Will that terrace on 57th floor be accessible to the public?

Yeah imagine the other 3 sides. To the east the Downtown skyline, to the north the Midtown skyline and to the west the Jersey City skyline.

I think not. IIRC it will belong to whoever leases that floor.

The upper floors of this building DO have great views.

The elevator was dissassembled quite quickly to me.

Hopefully 1 WTC will have the elevator dissassembled this quickly (of course, once the building opens).

Nice! Were you freely able to walk around the lobby?

Hopefully security isn't as bad as it is at Bank of America. What a bunch of *******s, there.
