Stopped by the site yesterday for the first time
and I have to say that after following progress on the site for 7 years
I was BLOWN AWAY of the size and scale of everything when I saw it. Enjoy the pics!














This is the current progress inside the retail base of 4 WTC,
not much is finished exept plumbing and HVAC

Its not completely empty. Conde Nast has been occupying the lower floors for a few months now. Not sure when everyone else moves in, and how much space that still leaves to be leased.
