Does anyone know how many lanes are planned for this section of Church Street once the site is completed? I think it was four-lanes before 9/11, now I know it's at three lanes. I keep looking at NYatKnight's photo and trying to estimate if they have enough room to open a fourth lane and still have enough room for 4WTC's sidewalk.

From this render it appears Church St will be four lanes.

They should of made it a supertall! Only 10 more feet were needed ! Maybe they will add a little spire to the top.
Good progress anyways.

10 more feet? That would make 984 feet tall. This tower is going to be 974 feet tall. That means 26 more feet to make a supertall.

Supertall is 300m, not 1000 ft.

Yes, they should do just like a lot of other buildings lately,
stick on a "height cheater", I mean a spire, that has no design
what so ever with the rest of the building!
Sure seems to be the latest design rage ... lol

A rumor has it that they construct a art deco spire at a secret place and lift it on the top near completion.
