He does indeed imply that he means September 11th of this year. In fact he says it twice. I have no idea what he's talking about. Sept. 11 is only about 15 or 16 weeks away. Even if they immediately started progressing at a floor a week (which is impossible...1WTC isn't even progressing at a floor a week yet and it's way ahead of 4WTC), it wouldn't be anywhere near the 40th.

Anyway, be sure to check out the video since it has some really awesome helicopter shots of the entire site.

After 3rd minute he said that towers 2 and 3 shold be up to grade at the end of next year and tower 4 around 40th floor...

I guess he meant Sept. 11 next year..

I just noticed something in the bottom right corner of that last pic... Is that a "7" on the north side of 7WTC??? I knew there was a 7 on the east side by the entrance, but I never noticed one on the north side also. Maybe I'm just seeing things.

Google Street View confirms, that is a 7.

This one seems to grow in spurts. They have been working on the the concrete walls for the first floor (south side). New steel will come eventually. But it is frustrating to not see steady growth.
