I guess some of those "photographers" simply don't understand that 150 greenwich street belongs to the wtc. Yes there're a lot of signs, but some people only see what they want to see (or they're non-readers). There're still people out there who believe the old wtc only constisted of the twins. They concentrate on wtc 1, because it succeeds the twins. I don't think this phenomen is going to change when both buildings are completed. people always been ignorant and always will be.

A picture of the mock-up of the office floors (if excisting) would be appreciated

As you said, many of them just see what they want to see. Yes, some of them have no clue of the place, but let's just say thanks to them, without them we wouldn't have photo updates. Without them, "Otie" wouldn't exist.

Yeah, I forgot about that one , thanks. Do you know if there's any mock-up of the office glass? If so, I'll try to find any photo.

Yes, fireproofing.

The company involved is named Patti & Sons Inc, same one that supplied 7 World Trade Center's fireproofing.

Good news. Therefore, we should update the topic title to:
NEW YORK | 4WTC (150 Greenwich Street) | 297m | 977ft | 72 fl | U / C

No problem - because there's good news, folks... design has just been overworked!

Now there's a green feature on top that will increase the final height to 1.111 feet = 338,63 meters. So let's praise a new supertall :

So it's going to be 298 meters tall? So it didn't increase by 2 meters but just by 1. Floor count 72 is confirmed. I'll change the thread title.

So this is how you make a tower 'green'.
