I thought there still would be some diagonal bracing on the sides but not in the middle?
That piece of steel in your pic shows that there will be diagonal beams.

Yup, the two side sections that don't go 'til the top of the tower will have bracing, the main middle section won't

That steel render reminds me a bit of Eurasia in Moscow. But this one is more bulky.

Work on Facade. The crown and spires are not modeled yet. I just extended the column cladding to simulate them. The horizontal spandrel cladding also needs to be refined to match renders.

Very nice axonometrics PMadFlyer. I love that first one because sometimes we forget the true magnitude of the materials a single project takes. That first one is just a reminder of such amount of steel which goes into that building. Truly a marble of modern society

Not yet but it is very probable that soon it will because two big companies are in talks for leasing space in this tower

I think you should visit the SSP diagrams. STR's drawings there are really accurate

question on the steel work

I assume by the web cams the steel placement for tower 3 is complete for what was contracted to build. I just did not see the placement of a Flag or christmas tree on any beam to signify topping off. I know they want to build the rest but without a signed lease it would be capped at this point.

Is there anything planned or are they holding off until a lease can be signed.

From what I know they're holding off until a lease is signed. Good thing is, it might be signed pretty soon. But we'll just have to wait and see, even though this waiting is killing me, LOL
