not really. It was to save money. Value engineering. Views were not going to be obstructed and frankly tenants wouldn't care if they were

I don't care that much about the height decrease either. The removal of the cross bracing is much worse.

Didn't the height decrease and removal of the larger cross bracing happen ages ago?
Also, am I the only one who finds the old bracings weird now?
(BTW, Otie has done some impressive renders of the WTC buildings)

Hey folks, I just read on therealdeal.com that GroupM has signed a lease of 550 000 square feet in 3WTC. This is incredible news. This means that Larry will get government aid and he can continue with construction of the tower right now, without putting it on hold
