Has the deal signed already? Thought it's not 100% sure yet.

No, nothing signed yet. But in case they sign, the construction could resume, I think that's what L.A.F.2. wanted to say

In any case, it seems very likely that vertical construction will resume early next year.

How I wish it was WTC 2, though. I consider this the Gothic WTC... and they in the alterations made earlier last year may have killed some of the most interesting parts.

Its just more cladding for the base, you can see they are almost finished with it should be done in a few weeks.

This building is looking awesome just based on the cladding. The column coverings are pure perfection!

The new Brookfield Place entrance gives such a great view of the WTC site!

STill I hope they resume construction of new floors soon. It looks more like a large mall or warehouse this way.

As much as I love new posts of skyscrapers, I always find myself, when I think of following 3 wtc, i find myself going back to pg 157.. Just to see the duck-face lady. As funny as that face she's making,, damn I think she's just HOT as hell.

I really hoped that during my month long absence the deal was signed. Well, hopefully it just waited for me to come back so that I can witness the signing event
