There actually is a webcam from exactly that location (roof of WTC7), only the resolution is pretty poor and it's zoomed out to show the entire site below.

The thread title says the height is 383 meters. But for example on skyscraperpage.com it is written that the height is 378 meters. So what's correct now? And what is the roof height? Some sites say it is 352 meters, other 349 meters.
