not trying to be argumentative, but steel erection probably will not resume until spring 2015.

I'm just glad there's movement on site again. Looking at that 2WTC stump on earthcam is depressing haha.

The only thing that will be going vertical for now is the core. That has to rise at least another five floors before steel erection may continue.

To install the climbing forms. They have attached fittings for the equipment already.

Where are you getting this 'at least another five floors' from? 7 wtc's structure is essentially the same idea (it was a model for these new wtc towers) and it's core wasn't nearly 5 floors ahead.

That was because the core in this doesn't contain steel like 1, 4 and 7 WTC's core.
