What's that blue framework on on the southeast corner of the building? Is that the new Concrete pump rig?

Not really mystery. Looks like it's part of the climbing system of the formwork. Looks very similar to what we saw at 432 Park Ave.

Shhh!! He's an insider.

There are some cracked glass panels on 2nd and 3th floor east side, glass contractor is replacing them, I think it's Benson.

Yeah. And the base for it is there now. It's that yellow thing on top of the blue frame near the crane.
