I just noticed the last remnants of the old NE crane have been removed. Hoping its replacement will be here soon. Also, the lift has reached the top of the superstructure.

Just realized I cropped the two pictures differently. I had intended it to be so that if you opened them in different windows you could flip back and forth. Oops.

That crane base belonged to the TG crane before the project was put on hold. Assigned to Cornell contractor and must be take out as they are no longer part of the project and there will be a different brand crane here (Favco)

I wouldn't advise anyone to shop there, IMO.

Tourists and clothes everywhere. Doesn't make it any better when people clog up the store with their carts.

Hey there folks, I tried to estimate the height of the building by looking at the pic of when it was on hold and I came up with a height of 62 meters or 203 feet. If any of you have more accurate info please let me know and I'll correct my diagram

The point of that place is that it's dirt cheap. What are you expecting?

Dirt cheap? Well, that certainly explains why it is clogged with so many people. Because the average Joe can only afford dirt cheap. Only the wealthy can afford 5th Avenue

You could find 'dirt cheap' sales anywhere in the city, if you know the right places.

But back on-topic.
