Why is the old formwork way too different as compared to new one?

I know this has already been asked...but it the core now has risen quite a bit since vertical construction resumed. When can we expect to see new steel construction?

When the core reaches the 14th floor. I think its on the 12th right now

The new one is much larger and easier use to climb 50 stories. There is actually room to work and store materials. The only difference in the outside platforms is the new ones are not painted red. There is very little difference.
