I definitely think 2 is the best, in my opinion. Followed by 3, 1, 4, 7. But 1 and 4 are pretty much tied.

The red boxed part in the picture below is the portion of the core that will no longer exist for the tower portion. That can slow down construction significantly because you have to remove formwork/platforms and readjust others.

Yeah, 4 and 7 aren't that spectacular...though I have a lot of respect for 7 since it was completed waaaay earlier than the other buildings (2006).

But 4 is spectacular to me. I love the minimalism contrasting with the much more intricate design of its neighbors, particularly its immediate neighbor of 3WTC. Its just not as spectacular as the other three.
