I have a question, please:

I see what appears to be a temporary floor in the core of Tower 3.
It appears to be made of sheets of plywood.
Every week or so individual sections of the floor are raised up to the next level.

So, my question is this:
How do they raise those floor sections from below?

I assume they use hydraulic lifts of some sort.
But how do they set up the lifts?

Is there a link that explains the process of raising the floor sections?

If possible - please post photos that were taken from within the core of the building that show the lifting process.

Thanks

Does anyone know is the "X" bracing and diagonal bracing is structurally needed for the rigidness / stability of the tower? or decorative purpose only?

OK so this is the beginnings of the first core setback....In today's image, that cleared corner of the formwork, the plywood decking has now been removed as well.

Even this neutered WTC will be a sight to behold upon completion, which is really a testament to the quality of the original plan. Even Bjarf couldn't ruin it completely.
