I admit I wouldn't like the WTC as much without 7WTC, Goldman Sachs and WFC. They give the cluster the width it needs.

3WTC is apparently sitting in the footprint (or at least part) of the Hudson Terminal building that was torn down in 1971. And the original 4WTC.

The core is big, but if you imagine sliding it over to the corner of the steel it only makes up about 25% of the area.
