One thing I've noticed to be consistently wrong in renders is the spacing between the buildings. When I finally went to the site this summer, I was actually surprised just how close the towers are! You can even see it in the real photo/render comparison above.

funny, because that's actually the Hudson camera. Guess they are gonna phase out the "actual" 3WTC cam.

Ya the performing arts would be a very nice touch though I do think it will end up being HEAVILY reliant on private sector capital injection.
