So the cam is definately rising with the core, now the setback of 4 WTC is visible, not long before 3 WTC is blocking the view on it.. with the blue scaffolding almost in place, steel should continue as well very soon!

What could be a reason for absence of some floor sections?

^ I noticed that too. There's also some missing steel decking on one of the mechanical floors. They fireproofed the top of the beams too, which is even weirder.

Seems like everything is prepared for the SW crane, but no sign of it from this distance. Are there more preparations visible from other angles?

Note: This looks like it has passed the 588 foot Millenium Hilton. Safe to say this is 600 ft if not a little more, so its about 55% of its total height.

Walked past a little while ago. The mast for the SW crane is about halfway up now. Should be operational by next week or so I would assume.

If only they kept the spires then this tower would have been even more beautiful.
