99% is a large number. You need to walk the streets and you'll notice so much details on the older buildings.

According to https://www.quora.com/How-many-build...e-in-Manhattan there should be around 50.000 buildings in manhattan. So adjusting my guess to 90% will set is at 5.000 nice buildings. Is that a more realistic number?

You are true, not 99 but ok 88 % of the buildings are horrendous. However, I would be glad if you could name one skyscrapercity that has as many beautiful buildings as New York does. Those crappylooking highrises from a higher vantage point, lets say in tribeca, I swear, are too, if not some of the most beautiful buildings on planet

Finally and for the very first time, I’m going to visit New York end of June. What do you guys think will be the status of 3WTC when I’m there? Will it already be topped out? How far will they be with the cladding? Any predictions from the experts around here?
