It's way taller than 1,030'. I'd say about 1,060'-1,070' somewhere in that range.

This photo was taken before the final jump. Notice there it had about a 5 or 6 floor lead on Tower 4's roof. Now it has a 6 or 7 floor lead. Also the 2 mechanical floors are higher than the normal office floors.

The mechanical floors on this tower are ~26 feet tall slab to slab. The parapet will be about that tall to match the other mech floor cladding. The core is slightly taller than 1,050' and the parapet will bring the tower to its final 1,079'.

When 2 WTC is completed it should fill that gap perfectly! WTC 3 is already filling the gap between Towers 1 and 4 very nicely, making the buildings in the complex look more like they belong together!!!

I hate what they have done with this building, The original design was amazing, it was beautiful, but they have RUINED all the design, the building is now lower and finally the only thing that was nice, the needles fron the top , it is also been removed. . Why they have done so much damage? Now the building is a normal building does not excel in anything. I disagree completely. I think they hate the architect, or they think that WTC3 would take prominence to WTC1

This building is growing on me. It adds a lot to the WTC complex and to the skyline.

Source? It doesn't look like it at least to me from most angles. Plus the parapet is slated to be 1080 so it would make sense it's that tall.

I can tell you right now the parapet is not 50 feet tall. The parpet is meant to look like an acutal mechanical floor, which are ~26 feet tall.

I very much disagree. This turns out to be one of the most sophisticated buildings when you look at the cladding being installed. But then it is a matter of taste

Well, imagine had they not value engineered the building with that cladding. Would probably be the most stunning building in NYC or N America rather. Regardless, still a beauty.
