The latest steel columns on top on the side where the next setback is are not straight but angled. Can somebody explain why they are doing that?

There core isn't aligned with the steel for the steel above the setback, this happened to the other side too

They sure are putting this curtain wall up strangely. Anyone have any clue why steel has slowed to snails pace now too? Or why they're taking 1,000 years to finish Liberty Street up so those ugly ass fences can come down already.

They are putting in the steel and floors where the Wolff crane was
